The room was small and compact, and the nearest station was a distance away, though the route was sheltered. The next 7-11 wasn't open 24 hours. The breakfast spread was good, but it stopped at 9.30am. At check-in I was told it ran from 6-10am, with no mention of the hard stop, so that was a serious communication failure. The picture on Agoda was misleading and made me think the booking included a gym. Staff clarified that it's a paid gym downstairs, and you can only use it if you have a Japanese mobile number. There were smaller problems during the stay too, including a card that stopped working. I wanted staff to solve these issues or explain clearly what to expect, rather than just remain polite without helping efficiently. Poor communication made the stay less satisfying overall.

The room was outstanding, especially for just 8,000 yen on a Saturday night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are laundry facilities, a large public bath, Netflix, and more. The station is right nearby, along with shops, restaurants, bars, gyms, and a convenience store on the second floor. Osaka Castle is also within walking distance.

The relaxing public bath, cozy bed, and handy access to transport and local food all made the trip comfortable and affordable. Thanks for that. I hope to stay at Via Inn Prime again on future trips.

I had a really enjoyable stay, with a fantastic location and a room that suited traveling solo: modern, a good size, and with a clean, practical bath. Breakfast at the cafe exceeded my expectations. There was a wide choice of fresh salads and open-faced sandwiches, better than what I've had at some big hotel chains. My only suggestions are better WiFi and a friendlier, more approachable front desk when speaking English. I understand the hotel mainly serves Japanese guests, but a warmer welcome would improve the experience. I appreciate the quality overall, please keep it up!
