The location is good and it was reasonably clean, but the rooms were cold and the walls were paper thin, so don't expect much sleep. The kitchen is very, very basic.

Not recommended. I tried to check in several times, both before and after check-in time, rang the bell, and contacted Agoda through its chat, but all the lights were off and nobody answered. They wouldn't refund me even though I couldn't stay because I couldn't reach them.

The location is good, close to Otaru's main facilities, but the hygiene was abysmal. The shared electric kettle had black, rot-like stains, beyond ordinary white water marks. Dust had collected between the bed frames, the new towels had unpleasant yellow stains, and there were stains and old dust all over the bathroom. I wondered whether anything had been cleaned properly. The toilet and shower were both unisex. After one night, an acquaintance who shared the room developed dermatitis on their inner thigh that looked like an allergic reaction. It may depend on a person's health. I booked three days, but couldn't even last a day. I left as if evacuating. When I raised the filthy conditions, the landlord said they clean, but avoided answering my questions. They didn't even read my messages and acted irresponsibly. Maybe the landlord changed after 2023, because the positive reviews felt like an illusion to me. I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Even one star is generous.

I was shocked by the sanitary conditions when I arrived for my three-day booking. The showers and bathrooms were unisex, the beds were dusty, and the shared kitchen utensils were especially bad.
