The rooms are really nice and have the essentials, everything you need. There's a fridge, water boiler, and microwave, enough to make breakfast. I'll come again!

Sho inn was a great place to stay for the Sapporo Snow Festival this year. I loved it and would happily come back. The management was excellent too.

The staff made me feel at home, and the whole hostel was impressively clean. My room and the common areas felt cozy and had what I needed, though the room was too tight for my luggage. Getting to the center and train stations takes a while, so the free shuttle is a good option. I'd still be glad to stay here again.

Laundry was easy here, with detergent provided, and the mattress and pillow were comfortable. The hostel was quiet and clean, and the owner was kind and quick to reply to messages. They also offered a free shuttle, including a ride back after the hanabi fes. If I make it to Otaru again, I'd like to stay here.
