8/10
For business, I had no real complaints. The room was clean and cosy, and the price was reasonable compared with similar places around Kyoto Station. Availability also seemed better. JR Otsu train station is right beside the hotel, with Kyoto station about a 10-minute train ride away. The entrance took a bit of finding despite the station-side location, though I don't think that's a serious problem.

The room was nice, and the location was great. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Breakfast was a great buffet and the price was good. The location worked well, with the subway directly beneath the building. Rooms a bit faster.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were good. The bathroom had a bathtub and a heated toilet. Otsu station was easy to reach, and breakfast was good too.

I liked the views and how close it is to Otsu station. The bath was a little small, though.
