We slept really well. The bed was comfortable, and although there's a small road outside, we didn't hear any noise. Everything in the room looked new and was neatly arranged, and it was very clean. We were lucky to book this 'Airbnb' because so many hotels around Lake Biwa were full for the Great Lake Biwa Fireworks 2025 on 08 August. If you have fireworks tickets, it's quick and easy to walk back after the event, even with all the crowds. Very happy with our stay, and highly recommend it.

I slept soundly here. At other tourist hotels, hallway noise from people talking and walking sometimes wakes me up early, but this room's layout kept it quiet. The building and rooms were clean, well cared for, and comfortable. They had the usual towels and toothbrushes, plus other daily necessities. They even gave us a small bag with travel-size shampoo and conditioner for visiting the nearby public bath. I'd definitely recommend this place when coming to Otsu!

I stayed here in 2021 and appreciated how attentive and courteous the management was. The room was clean and had the latest home appliances, so I could relax. There is parking, but check with the management company before your stay. I highly recommend it.
