The staff are very friendly and patient, and that's the only reason for the one star. I've been here a month so far, and the rooms are dirty and tired. Breakfast is cold every day, cold eggs and cold bacon, no matter what time you eat. On Saturday I took my laundry to reception and was told laundry wouldn't be available until Wednesday. The restaurant is very mediocre, so you're better off eating elsewhere. This is the best hotel Oyama has to offer, and Japanese royalty visited in 1995. I don't think they'd be impressed if they came back in 2019.
