Workers Hotel Kumamoto Ozu

We chose this newly built hotel for an important competition trip, but the stay left us disappointed with both the hospitality and how the facilities are managed. The room amenities and actual experience didn’t match what we expected from the branding. The bathroom ventilation fan was seriously noisy, which interfered with getting proper rest and left us feeling it affected our condition. The Wi-Fi was unstable and didn’t work to its full potential. Breakfast was another major letdown, since the quality didn’t feel worth the accommodation price. Food is a key part of a stay, and we’ll have to reconsider returning. The hotel seemed to be relying on being new. Unless its operating and maintenance practices are reviewed, I doubt it will retain guests.
