The rooms and service felt good for the price, and the membership card makes it better value. You can get the card at the front desk, though I found that inconvenient since some other hotels let you sign up in your room. Membership comes with a free lunch and drink menu, plus a free sweet for women. Our order took about an hour, perhaps because we ordered at lunchtime, but I still think the deal is worthwhile. I was glad there was a microwave in the room, and the amenities seemed a little nicer than at a typical business hotel.

My husband liked Fine’s food and said the slightly older woman who brought it to him was very kind. He’d like to keep eating there, so I hope management can speak to the front desk woman and improve things. I’ve had a poor impression of her before, from her irritated response when I showed a coupon to the way she spoke with no apparent motivation. I went back for the first time in a while, but she treated me the same way. This was on December 1st, 2025, during lunch hours, at least between 11:00am and 4:00pm. She had a husky, slightly raspy voice. I can’t believe she’s still in customer service. Does her boss not point it out? It’s that bad. If things change the next time we visit, we’ll change the number of stars we give her.
