Hotel North. I

I stayed in room 301 for one night, starting Friday, August 22, 2025. The hotel seemed renovated and was very clean, and the room was average in size. The public bath was on the small side. Rain and wind picked up at night, and a knocking sound at the door kept me from sleeping. I'd stay again if I get the chance.

I visited in winter, and there was no smoking allowed inside and no smoking room either. So I had to go outside to smoke in the snow.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bath was a decent size. I also liked the sauna, though with lots of guests you may have to wait and come back at another time to use it. The staff provided excellent service. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Rumoi.

I had a non-smoking room, but it was permeated by the smell of dried seawater. Turning on the heater made it especially awful, as a concentrated odor came through the vent. The large air purifier they'd placed there to show off made it clear this was an issue.
