My regular check-in time was 3pm, but I got there around 8am and asked if I could check in early. Customer service was quick and helpful, and got back to me by 9:20 with the go-ahead.

The room was spacious and well kept, and the location was quiet and fairly convenient. Food options nearby were limited, though. What really spoiled the stay was the communication. There was no staff on site, and I got flooded with check-in emails that buried the useful key information in a lot of nonsense. Nearly all of them were only in Japanese. When I needed help, I had to call, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. A disaster, especially since the place itself has potential.

The setup made it feel easy to settle in, almost like being at home. There was a kitchen and washing machine, and the room was roomy, spotless, and nicely designed. We had a wonderful stay.

The place is close to Skytree, which made sightseeing easy. We stayed as a family and found the room spacious, comfortable, and thoroughly clean. I’d be happy to come back when I’m in Tokyo.
