I stayed January 10-11, 2026. The room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was fine, with tasty rice, soup, eggs, and salads, and the staff were friendly and nice.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with the dining room stocked with homemade or locally made jams and spreads. It wasn't a huge meal, but better than many places charging more. The rate was decent at about 6000 yen including breakfast. The Sabae Dai-Ichi Hotel seemed like a family-run place, even if it looks a bit large from outside. The staff were very nice, there were lots of cute handmade signs, and the cleanliness and amenities got noticeable attention. I had a very pleasant stay.

I keep coming back whenever I travel or have a business trip, mostly because the breakfast is so good and filling. The staff's smiles stick with me too, and their friendly service from check-in through checkout helps ease the tiredness of work trips. In the cold season, the electric blankets warmed me up and helped me sleep soundly. It's a simple, comfortable hotel with a welcoming feel, and those little things make me want to return.
