Furuyu Onsen Oncri

Tiny, our waitress, was so kind and helpful, and she speaks English. We needed help with the room arrangement, and she sorted it out quickly and cleverly.

Tiny served us at the restaurant and gave us excellent service. She was friendly, polite, and clearly focused on helping customers. She even went out of her way to assist us with our room. Such a fantastic staff member, I was very impressed.

We loved how peaceful the hotel felt, surrounded by nature. The rooms were spacious and quiet, the amenities were good quality, and the yaman hair dryer was a nice touch. Food was simple but delicious, with fresh, flavourful ingredients. The bed was a little soft, though there’s the option of sleeping on a tatami futon. The onsen has a few pools and plenty of space. Service was impressive from every staff member, consistently good and a big part of making the stay pleasant. The whole experience felt like a nourishing retreat for the soul. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it.

My room had a great mountain view, which made me feel peaceful and relaxed. I really enjoyed the stay. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and smiling the whole time. I highly recommend this hotel.
