The bath facilities were a highlight, with a hot pool, an outdoor sitting area, a sauna that smelled of fresh wood, and water in the changing room. The water felt so soft and slippery, both there and in my bathroom, it brought back memories of the water at Tokachigawa Onsen. I also slept really well. My room was spotless and nearly dust-free and odor-free, and both the bedroom and bathroom looked almost new. Even the bathroom fan was free of dust, which impressed me. The staff were professional and well trained, from reception to housekeeping. I was traveling alone, but there were plenty of families having a good time with their kids. It seems popular with locals. I had a great stay and would come back if I'm in the area. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan.

Even though it's right by the train station, it was very quiet, and the parking options were handy: on-site for ¥400 a night, or free about 150m away. I stayed in a twin room with my mom and one-year-old son. The room and beds were much bigger than at competing places, and everything was very clean. Breakfast and drinks throughout the day were included, and there was free laundry too. For a budget stay, it was a great deal.

The staff were lovely to us smelly cycle tourists, and the price was good value. Breakfast was fine, though there wasn't much choice. Downstairs and the lobby look really nice, but the rooms and the shared areas around them are looking a bit worn. It reminded me of an old lady who's had a facelift but no other work done.

We needed a room for five, and booking through their custom website was so difficult that we had to call ahead. The staff were friendly and held the room for us without any trouble. The communal bath on the first floor was good, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were very nice. Thanks, guys!

The building is pretty old, but the service quality is high and I'd strongly recommend it. There are lots of freebies: breakfast, a massage chair, laundry, comic books, and parking. It's all free.
