This place is better for staying the night than just stopping to rest. You can log in and watch Netflix, and they provide sanitary products, face masks, and contact lens solution. Breakfast is available too, so I'd recommend it for office workers if they don't mind the setting. The jacuzzi is large, making it a better fit for couples traveling than a business hotel. It's spacious and clean, has plenty of amenities, and is great value for money!

There were cobwebs by the entrance, and the room seemed not to have been cleaned at all. It was extremely dusty, with no air purifier, and there was no smartphone charger or microwave either. About ten minutes after we went in, my partner started coughing and sneezing uncontrollably and was up until morning. It felt like the hotel had none of the things you'd expect these days and wasn't run with guests in mind. I was even afraid to order the free breakfast.

I keep staying here because it's cheap and you can stay a long time, but the cleaning is never thorough. There's dust and spiderwebs on and under the shelves, too many gaps in the tatami mats, and centipedes everywhere. The bathtub shower only gives hot water, even when heated. I ordered the free beer and could tell the dispenser hadn't been cleaned. There were dregs floating in the glass, and even the low-malt beer smelled and tasted bad. I'm a certified food hygiene manager, and this is unacceptable in my opinion. Please take another look at your hygiene!

The place is cheap, so I can't complain too much, and the facilities are old but kept clean. The shower pressure is weak. Having two showerheads is a nice feature, but lately it seems one is broken in many rooms. I wouldn't count on the food. I ordered ginger pork, and it smelled so bad that I felt sick as soon as I put it in my mouth, so I threw it away. Charging 900 yen for that is ridiculous. From now on, if I'm not staying on the free menu, I'll bring my own food.
