My room was huge, and although it was a smoking room, it was so tidy I couldn't smell anything when I walked in. The fridge was stocked, and they tidied the room when I asked. I was a few hours early, but reception checked me in after I let them know. Everyone was welcoming and left me undisturbed. The stay was quiet and pleasant. Getting around was simple with my rental car and the ETC, and there's a train station nearby, access to the main highway, lots of places to eat, and a tram line close by. Loved it, and it seems ideal for couples or solo travelers.

A very quiet, clean, and discreet place, with free parking in the basement. I booked through Agoda and got a large suite spread over two floors, with the bedroom upstairs. It had big TV screens, a jacuzzi, a slot machine, adult items, a microwave, and a kettle. One of the best adult hotels around here.

We weren't looking for an adult-only hotel, but if that's what you want, this place might be okay. The rooms were clean and had lots of amenities. The stairs up to the bedroom are pretty steep.

We booked this mainly because it was closer to KIX and got an incredible room rate. We hadn't realized it was a love hotel, but it would be great for sexy times with a lady. There's a TV, karaoke, music, and even a disco ball. They also provide all kinds of lotions, soaps, bubble bath, and other things to get ready, plus a vending machine with sexy costumes. The icing on the cake is the Hitachi hardwired next to the bed.

The massage chair was superb, probably my favorite thing there. I also liked the jacuzzi/ofuro setup and the wide range of face and hair products and tools. The place isn't the newest, but it's well maintained and the room was very clean. I wasn't personally keen on the slot machine(?) or karaoke setup in the living room. There's a 24h Lawsons nearby, and vending machines in the room for buying more discreet items.
