The view from the higher floor was lovely, and being near the train station made getting around easy. The staff were polite, and the room was spacious. Still, the room really let the stay down. The floor and couch were stained and felt filthy. I understand some guests may have walked around in their shoes, but it was still gross. It stayed cold even with the heat turned all the way up, and there were several hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. I also missed having a newer smart TV for YouTube or streaming. A mixed experience.

The dessert and fruit selection was a real highlight, with great flavors, and the whole buffet felt like good value. There was plenty to choose from across both Japanese and Western dishes, and everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. The place was clean and cozy, staff were friendly and attentive, and they replaced tableware promptly. Great for meeting friends or getting together with family. I'd happily return.

We could unwind in the room while looking out at the ocean. It was also easy to get here, with parking available and the station nearby.

We had a lovely stay, with a great view from the room and a location right by the Metro. Breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly. There were three of us, including my daughter, and a language barrier plus a mix-up by my agency made things a little complicated. The manager kindly gave my daughter breakfast for free, calling it an early Christmas present. That was so kind, thank you!

The area is industrial, but it was fun watching ships come and go right outside the bedroom window. The train is only a two-minute walk away, so it's easy to get around.
