The location beside Nakajima Park was a highlight. It’s a lovely place to stroll and wind down at the end of the day, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After using the large, relaxing shared onsen, free ice cream was a fabulous little perk. Our room was comfortable and well sized. We could open two medium to large suitcases without feeling cramped, and everything was in excellent condition and clearly looked after. The bathroom was spacious, with a good-sized shower area and a separate bath. I’d happily stay here again.

The shower curtain had an unpleasant smell, but otherwise everything was good. I stayed one night on 13 January, and the room was spacious with a heater that worked perfectly. I ran into a checkout issue, and receptionist Ishii spoke English and helped me sort it out. Thank you!

The room worked nicely for a couple, and the hotel is near the center without being too far from the subway. Breakfast wasn’t very tasty to me, which was the one small drawback, but it’s still a very good place to stay.

Malaysians, this could be a good choice. The window opens, and there’s plenty of room to move around. In the 18-square-meter double room, we could open two big suitcases without having to do any furniture-moving gymnastics. It was clean and spacious, the amenities were great, and I always love their drip coffee.

The room was clean and pretty spacious, but the customer service felt automated and self-serve, with a bit of a lack of personal touch 😅 If you’re driving, keep in mind that the mechanical parking has a curfew until 11 pm. At peak times, you might wait 10-15 minutes for your car.
