All the staff showed great hospitality, and the room was clean and comfortable with a bottle of drinking water and strong room Wi-Fi. There’s coffee available anytime on the lobby floor. Breakfast in the basement restaurant was nicer than expected, with an “all you can eat” style spread. Great value. Awesome!

Getting here from Sapporo station is easy: find the JR information desk, take the tunnel beside it, then turn right. The hotel is about a minute away. We stayed four nights, and breakfast was good, with small changes from day to day. The bathroom cleaning could be better, though. We found hair there on a few days. On the morning of Dec 15, we asked reception to help reserve a table at the izakaya opposite the hotel, but the person we spoke with wasn't very helpful.

Our bags were already waiting in our new room after we came back from spending a night at Dai-ichi Takimotokan and leaving them behind. That thoughtful handling made a real difference. The concierge was also very attentive: after we had asked for an extra pillow and a fan because the room felt warm, she checked her notes, confirmed the pillow was in the room, and brought the fan over herself to show us how it worked. Check-in had felt less attentive at first, but the later service was excellent. The hotel is easy to reach from Sapporo Station. From the West Exit, face the JR Information Counter, take the tunnel on the left, then turn right when you come out. It's around 50-70 steps away, and the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged, with an all-in-one bathroom, kettle, coffee and tea, a refrigerator, and a prep corner. There's also a folding luggage rack tucked under the coffee counter. Breakfast was tasty, especially the milk, though the selection stays much the same. It's served downstairs in the basement of a charming retro restaurant. Lawson, 7-Eleven, restaurants, McDonald's, Stellar Place and Daimaru are close by. We found it a dependable, comfortable place to stay in Sapporo and would happily return.

The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth the extra cost, so be sure to add it. The hotel is also in a very handy spot by the JR station, probably less than a 3-minute walk. There's a Lawson convenience store on L1, and across the way is a Yobadashi camera building for electronics, toys and games.

I checked in on march 16 2026, around 12.30 pm to 12.50pm. The front desk staff member, a young man with glasses (please check your cctv), was unfriendly and kept getting angry. He spoke loudly to the kids. I paid to stay at your hotel, not to stay for free, and was only expecting decent service, not special treatment. Your staff's salary comes from customers, so please remember that. Front desk staff are the first impression of a hotel. That staff member put me in a bad mood that day, and I won't recommend the hotel to anyone. I think the other staff are good, but this one needs to improve.
