Randor Residential Hotel Sapporo Suites

Ms. Nagumi was kind and polite whenever we needed something, which made our stay really pleasant. The hotel is right in central Sapporo, with shops and restaurants close by. Our room had plenty of space, two queen beds, a sofa, basic kitchen facilities, and a separate room with futons. We’d happily stay here again on another visit to Sapporo.

The room was huge and clean for what we paid, and there was no noise from the road or neighboring rooms. I especially liked soaking in the big tub with the window open to the cold winter air. The shower was great, and there was plenty of hot water. There’s also a kitchen with an electric burner, plates, and utensils. Check-in is at 3 p.m.; we could leave our bags in the lobby, and staff brought them up once the room was ready. A very comfortable stay.

We stayed six nights, and the room gave our family lots of room to spread out. Having a kitchenette was useful for cooking, and the washing machine meant we could do laundry every day. There’s also a coin laundry on the second floor. For trips farther out, including to CTS airport, we used the Taxi GO app.

We were very pleased with the location, space, and amenities, especially the amazing tub with its jets and advanced temperature controls. The in-room washing machine worked well, though the second-floor dryers were weak: even after putting in 1200Y, my laundry still wasn’t dry. A local laundromat is probably the better option. The price was good, and the place was spacious, but check the “sleeps 8” setup carefully. There are two double beds in one room, plus a large separate tatami room with four futons. Each futon costs an extra 1000Y to use.
