Hotel Green Line

The buffet breakfast was tasty, and there are restaurants and convenience stores close by if you need food. Since the hotel is a fair way from Sendai Station, it stays quiet at night. The room itself was roomy and comfortable, though the unit bath is a little old and small, as other people have mentioned.

I came away feeling this was the worst experience I’ve had. The room had dust in places, and there was hair stuck on the unit bathroom door. I haven’t stayed there, so I can’t say anything about breakfast, but I couldn’t leave without writing a review. I probably won’t return to Sendai. I wanted to take my family, so I used this service to reserve a car. They asked what model I needed. Since it was a rental and there was no guarantee, I said, “Sienta or Freed.” At the site, they told me they’d been told it was a Sienta and couldn’t use it. I asked whether I’d said I wanted a Freed or Sienta in the first place, and they replied that the reservation was for a kei or compact car, and it seemed someone had accepted it and assumed Sienta. They misheard and then stated that as fact. And is there really such a big difference between a Sienta and a Freed? A Sienta is pretty big too. I just don’t understand.

The bathrooms and toilets felt cramped and a bit dated, which made them inconvenient. Still, the location was excellent, the affiliated parking was reasonably priced, and the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. The front desk and restaurant staff were kind, and I felt at ease there. I was quite satisfied and would stay again if I get the chance.

The bus stop nearby made the distance from the station manageable. I booked after spotting a low price on Jalan, and the receptionist was very polite.
