Toyoko Inn Sendai Nishi Hirose Dori

I have to compliment the staff at this branch. They were very friendly and professional, and could explain things in simple spoken English. There was also a Chinese-speaking receptionist who could go over the details. Breakfast had a slightly wider choice than at the Tokyo branches I’ve stayed at. Each guest also gets a free gift to choose from: an eye heat mask, shoulder ache plasters, or a UCC coffee set. I don’t get that at the other branches. Truly awesome, thank you.

This Toyoko Inn is near Sendai station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around, and the nightlife district is walkable too. From the station, it’s easy to get to pretty much any place of interest, including the airport. Toyoko Inn is a business hotel chain found all over Japan. The service is good, as it generally is in Japan, and the prices are reasonable.

Dear Toyoko Inn, I signed up for a club card at check-in on 10 September 2023. An employee entered my date of birth incorrectly, so I can’t complete digital registration in the app myself. When I was leaving Japan on 12 September 2023, I called the front desk from Sendai Airport and explained the problem. The hotel said it would fix the mistake, but it still hasn’t been cleared up. Please help resolve this as soon as possible.

Good location, and the rooms are quiet. For a pretty reasonable price, you get basically everything you’d expect from a decent Japanese hotel chain.
