I won't go back, and I can't recommend it. I thought this was a place to relax, but the facility set the pace from start to finish. The staff seemed careless, and I was concerned that during a reservation, they were just chatting with a friend. It made me think, "What are you doing here?" They seemed to confuse friendly service with something else. The rooms and other areas didn't seem clean. There was a lot of hair around, the bath was soaked, and even an amateur could tell the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The food at dinner was more than adequate, but the menu clearly listed dessert and there wasn't any, which was disappointing. I wanted to use the bar in the evening for our anniversary, but it was closed after dinner. The bar and karaoke weren't usable. The pool wasn't available either. I was looking forward to the saltwater pool, but it had dried up, wasn't maintained at all, and had been turned into a goat shed. There was a jacuzzi, but it wasn't filled with hot water and the tub hadn't been cleaned. When I asked my wife, she said the women's bath was in the same condition. So I wouldn't say the place was a scam, but several things clearly listed on the website weren't provided, and there were quite a few unpleasant issues.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work at all, and the only TV channel was Tokai TV. In the bath, the shower didn't work properly while the water was running. Staff kept coming by every three minutes to see if anyone was using the shower, so I couldn't enjoy the hot spring. I'd booked a shabu-shabu set, but there were only about three pieces of meat. I'll never come back.

We came for Sunday lunch. The pizza, daily special, and stewed hamburger were all so good that we finished everything. The view is beautiful, and it's a nice place with a wood-burning stove. Dogs can eat outside too.

The goat that greeted us was lovely, and the stewed hamburger lunch and dessert were both delicious. I went for the first time last December with two older guys. The lady who served us was very talkative, and we had a great time. 🆗 Anchan

The food portions were just right, and the view was fantastic. The service was friendly and the price was reasonable, but I will never go here again because the bath was so disappointing. There seem to be separate baths for men and women, but one was cramped with just two people, more like a family-sized bath. The outer wall was also unbelievably low. There was construction going on at the time, and my wife apparently made eye contact with a worker walking outside the wall while she was bathing. I checked, and the boards were low enough that an average-sized man could easily look inside.
