The owner was kind, energetic and attentive, and the spacious rooms were a plus. There were both beds and futons. I hadn’t expected to be able to use the kitchen to cook for myself, so that was a nice surprise. Every room has a sea view, and I thought the price was very affordable.

We could see the ocean from our balcony, with breathtaking views at sunrise, and the beach is nearby. It’s a bit rocky, though there’s also a sandy beach about half an hour away by car. Our host was friendly and accommodating. We could use a kitchen, and rented a grill for a barbecue.

The proprietor was friendly, very helpful and speaks great English. We loved the peaceful ocean view from the balcony and the sunrise, with the occasional distant view of Mt Fuji. There’s a secluded rocky beach within walking distance, and a few shops nearby. You’ll need transport to get to the train or city. It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and I’d love to return.

The location was nice, and the woman at reception was super kind. There wasn’t a kettle in our room, but the shared kitchen and dining room had everything needed for cooking, which was great for a trip with friends. Good value for money by Japanese standards, especially on weekends.

The sunrise from the balcony was simply breathtaking, and the view was fabulous. The rooms had all the necessary amenities. Our host was extremely hospitable and helpful, and helped organize our BBQ. She speaks English. You’ll need a car to get around comfortably.
