The rooms are clean, and the karaoke selection includes plenty of current songs. Weekday free time is pretty cheap, and a free lunch comes with either free time or a four-hour break. There’s also a perk for staying in all the rooms. The Japanese front desk staff were really helpful over the phone. You can pay with PayPay or a credit card. I do wish there were hand soap, though. That feels like a concern these days.

The room was clean and reasonably priced, but the outlet is in an awkward spot. They should leave an extension cord in the room. Having to ask for one each time is a hassle and wastes time. I used to go on Saturday evenings until last year, then stopped after a bad call. I only wanted to know how long cleaning would take, but the man on the phone was harsh and rude, and said a different room was available. I went back after a long break and the rooms were still being cleaned, but a kind woman showed me one that would be ready soon. That changed my impression. If someone like her usually answers, I’ll go again. The man who answered before shouldn’t be taking calls. He made me not want to go in.

I’ve been coming here for three years, but whenever I ask to change the language, the woman working gets angry and sighs. She’s usually on duty during typhoons and other disasters. Even when I request a language change, she hardly ever gives me a towel. Please don’t have her answer the phone at 9 PM on July 26, 2021, during her shift. The other staff generally provide normal service, so they get four stars from me.

There was a faint cigarette smell in the room, so be aware if you’re sensitive to that. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. The towels and bathrobes came sealed in plastic, which made the room feel clean, and the free meals and other services were really good.
