The hot spring itself was nice, but after bathing there was just one mirror and one hair dryer for everyone to share. The hotel is old and has only a single lift, so getting up to our floor took ages. The room was cramped for two. Staff service felt lacking, and the pillows were uncomfortable: one was hard like straw, while the other was a tiny extra pillow with little support. I had an unpleasant stay and don’t plan to return.

The hotel was otherwise pretty clean and looked well kept. The problem is the pillows, and parking if you arrive by car. There aren’t enough spaces, so you’ll probably need to look for another lot nearby. They keep extra pillows near check-in, but if you get there late, they may all be gone. That’s a real issue when the one in the room feels like it’s stuffed with rocks. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a late check-in.
