It's good, but the toilet is a long way away.

I booked a business plan and was told the indoor bath couldn’t be used because of renovations. The booking site had listed an indoor bath, but access was only for guests in rooms on the first floor of the main building. The business plan rooms are also far from the entrance. I won't stay here again.

I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep in the business annex room where I stayed for work. It was old, musty, surrounded by forest, and had no bidet. The mattress was worn and torn, and I saw black cockroaches and spiders in the room. There were insects in the hallway too.

The meals were a highlight: both dinner and breakfast were elaborate Japanese dishes and absolutely delicious. For a weekday stay at around 17,000 yen per person, I think it’s rare to get this level of service these days. Meals were served in a separate private room. My husband and I stayed one night on November 20th. The building was a little dated, but very clean. Our suite had two 8-tatami rooms, each with an alcove and veranda, plus a 4-tatami waiting room for each. One of the main rooms had a Japanese-style bed, the other a kotatsu. There was also a bathroom with a bathtub about four times the size of a standard home tub, a bathroom with two sinks, and separate Japanese and Western-style toilets. After checkout, they called to say we’d left our umbrella behind. We couldn’t return for it, so they kindly sent it to our home by courier. It was a special type of umbrella. Thank you very much.
