After a full day of tennis practice in the rain, I was exhausted, but the inn felt warm and relaxing. I was here for an overnight stay without meals during a practice match with the Chinese tennis community. A soak in the warm bath before bed was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Shirako Town.

For a bed-and-breakfast, it’s handy to have restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and there’s Wi-Fi too. The facility is clean and pleasant, especially considering it’s run by an elderly couple, and it’s a relaxing place near the ocean. The location is good, though it sits back from the road and can be hard to find. My stay was a bit hit or miss because some female college students were noisy after 10 p.m., then opened and closed doors and walked around early in the morning. They also started a garden party without permission, which left the owner confused.
