Great location, and the cubicle was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. It could easily have been a five-star stay. Instead, there’s a ridiculously noisy vent blowing straight at your face, plus a huge opening in the wall that lets in the light and noise the wall should block.

The staff were friendly, and the toiletries provided were great. As an English speaker, I found it easy to understand things and get around. The hotel was clean and quiet, easy to find, and very close to the train station. It was just right for my business trip. I’ll absolutely stay again if I’m in the area.

Unlike many capsule hotels, this one gives you a full door that slides open and closed, with enough space to stand and stretch out. There’s a locker for your bags and luggage. I stayed two nights in mid-April 2023. One night someone snored pretty loudly, but I’m a deep sleeper, so it was okay. The location is convenient, about two blocks from Shizuoka Station, where you can catch trains and buses.

For such an affordable place, it was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had. Towels, pajamas, and a toothbrush were provided, and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. It’s near Shizuoka station. I’d stay again if I visit Shizuoka, though light sleepers will still need earplugs.
