Mr. Hisayama welcomed us so warmly and speaks great English. We booked at the last minute for two nights, and the staff did their best to fit us in. Our room was clean, and the onsen bath was very hot and relaxing. Everyone had such a pleasant personality, including the hotel staff and the people at the massage place and onsen. Mr. Hisayama also suggested nearby restaurants. It was a lovely break from the city of Hiroshima, and we made great memories.

The hottest bath I've had in two weeks, fantastic. It's all fresh water, but very good, and there's a steam bath too.
