The hotel is a short walk from a small mall with a grocery store. There's a bookstore across the street and a drugstore beside the mall. The suite was very spacious for a one-bed room, and the two-sided pillow let me pick between the bean-filled side and the soft side. Light switches and AC controls are right on the headboard, so I could stay in bed with my phone charging and turn off the lights or switch on the AC. The washroom was very clean, and the toilet seat was heated. They cleaned the room daily, though you have to be out by 1pm. The TV isn't free, even for news, and the Wi-Fi is super slow, so you're probably better off using mobile data.

The staff are kind and very accommodating, but the hotel is well past its prime and needs renovation. The internet is painfully slow too. If you want breakfast, you have to request it and pay the day before.

You can get coffee at the front desk anytime, and they can prepare ice for you too. The newer rooms are more comfortable, though the renovated ones are beautiful. Some of the older, unrenovated rooms are larger but have poor air conditioning. The place will be closing soon.
