The sink in my room had a really awful smell, and it kept coming back. I never used it. I told the staff and they cleaned it, which stopped the smell for about a day, but then it returned. The rooms are kind of old. Mine was a non-smoking room, though that was okay. Service was fine. It was a little odd having to hand in the key for housekeeping, and it’s a regular key, not a keycard. I wouldn’t stay again. It was okay, just kind of gross.

The location was amazing, and I did have a good stay, but it wasn’t really the best. My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes, and the facilities were very old. The system was confusing, and I was a bit worried about security since the door didn’t lock itself.

Being close to the railway station is the hotel’s best feature. The rooms are acceptable, but I wouldn’t call them comfortable. The public baths are for men only.

Small, but it has what you need, and central Tokyo is about an hour away. For this price it’s an excellent option. The location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the place is very clean.

A clean, super inexpensive hotel with friendly staff and everything close by. There’s even a dollar food store across the street. Amazing hotel.
