Miss Mei Lemasa made our stay memorable with her attentive help at both dinner and breakfast. The Japanese room and relaxing baths were lovely too. I stayed at this Onsen hotel a few days ago and found the whole visit easy and authentic. Thanks to Miss Mei for her professional service. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a restful stay.

The public onsen was enormous, with both indoor and outdoor spaces, and everything was kept spotless. We also had a comfortable night in Room 887 and enjoyed the private indoor and outdoor onsen access. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and nicely presented, and the staff made a special meal for my partner, who doesn’t eat meat. We’d happily come back.

There’s plenty of parking right by the entrance, and the staff were super friendly. We had a relaxing one-night stay with top-notch food, and the place was really well kept. You don’t need to bring much since everything is provided. Just be aware there are lots of stairs in the rooms and around the property, which could make access challenging.

Dinner came as several courses featuring lots of organic ingredients, and breakfast had a generous range of small dishes. The food and onsen were both high quality, and the interior design and genuine Japanese hospitality impressed me. The ryokan is tucked away in Fukushima. If you’re coming by train, they can arrange pickup from Sugakawa station.
