The room was nice, the onsen was pleasant, the bed was super comfy, and the price was good. But the breakfast was probably the worst meal I’ve ever had, and I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. I’d skip it. There’s an excellent ramen place nearby that I’d recommend. I had no trouble communicating with the staff in a foreign country where I don’t speak the language. If there was an issue there, it was on me for not speaking their language while in their country.

It felt dirty and scary. I thought the decorations were for Halloween, but I was there in July 2025. There was a dust box in the hallway (?) and the parking area was dirty and small. The bed linen had a hole in it, and my body felt itchy after sleeping there. When I asked the front desk girl for an extra bath towel, she said “NO,” even though I was willing to pay extra. And breakfast was… sad.

The bed was huge and soft, and the shower was great. The rooms aren’t big, but they have all the basics. Breakfast was decent and much like what similar hotels serve. I’m not picky, so I’d stay here again, and if you’re not picky, I think you’ll enjoy it too.

I paid to use the clothes dryer, followed the instructions with a translator, and still ended up with wet clothes. During the last two days of my stay, breakfast service closed without any warning. They gave me a compensation box, but it wasn’t worth what I’d paid for breakfast. The staff didn’t understand a single word of English. The handle on the window in my room, 1418, was fitted on the outside, so I couldn’t use it. I know the other rooms weren’t like that. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to foreigners.
