The location is stunning, and the onsen was fantastic. Service was outstanding, friendly, and attentive, and the shuttle to the train station was quick and reliable. The room was spacious, though the bed was a bit small. Dinner at the restaurant was great, perhaps a little expensive. Highly recommend!

The meals were so delicious, and the onsen was great. The hotel is very nice, with good amenities and a wonderful location for the views. The staff were great and gave us such helpful advice. I’d recommend staying here, and thank you to everyone for your help!

I had a nice question about the store and will be there in about rolling down.

The open-air bath was lovely at early sunset, with the moon out, and the water quality was excellent. The food was delicious too, made with high-quality ingredients that were skillfully prepared. We were there between New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Even with a small group of guests, the staff gave such dedicated, high-quality service that I was moved. Everyone was wonderful, and we had a great time. If you love nature, the location is a good choice. This place really showed us warm, thoughtful hospitality.

The meals were delicious, and the vegetables were clearly chosen with care, with a focus on organic produce. Each one had its own distinct flavor. Maybe because we booked on the website, our room was upgraded, and we were able to relax. Lunch requires a reservation.
