Hotel Sanyuso

The hostel is right by Ritsurin garden, and I was really happy with my stay. The tatami mat and futon in the dorm were comfortable, with air conditioning. Everything was clean and well cared for, with nice touches like bathroom shampoo and conditioner and guest slippers. I also paid a small amount for their nightly dinner. It was delicious and gave me a chance to chat with other guests. I'd recommend staying here.

The shared areas are huge and nice for hanging out, with free hot and cold filtered water and instruments for a jam, including piano, guitar, ukulele, and kalimba. Breakfast was delicious free udon, and the in-house dinners were affordable, including a Saturday feast to look forward to. I slept comfortably too, with a clean, well-kept room and a comfortable bed and pillow. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. One of the best hostels I've stayed at, highly recommend!

The staff were all kind and attentive, and the toiletries they provide were good quality. I also liked the dressing room and workspace, and the facilities overall were comprehensive. It’s right next to Ritsurin Garden, and the udon breakfast was delicious. Thanks for making my time in Takamatsu such a lovely stay!

Staying here felt like being with friends and family. The owner is incredibly hospitable and cooks well, while the volunteers are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and neat.
