The breakfast buffet had a good range and I enjoyed it. The dining space is an izakaya, with narrow serving space but fairly roomy tables and tatami seating. Breakfast is included and surprisingly satisfying. The bathroom has the toilet and bath together, but the tub is roomy and the curtain closes all the way, so the floor stayed dry. It's close to the station and good value, with renovated, relatively clean rooms. The front desk is on the second floor, and the first floor is an izakaya. There are just two elevators, so they can get crowded at certain times. Amenities like lotion, moisturizer, and razors are available at the front desk, and paying on site was convenient. The elevator shows “Today in History,” which becomes a small thing to look forward to each morning on a longer stay. Cheap, near the station, and I'd stay here again.

The location is a real plus, a few minutes west of the west exit at Takasaki Station, with shopping, restaurants, and transit close by. The room looked okay, though the scratched and discolored wallpaper was noticeable. The bathroom seemed to have been redone more recently than the rest of the room. The bed was very firm and the pillow lumpy. Neither was unusable, but it took a while to get comfortable.
A budget hotel at a reasonable price, and breakfast is included.
It's a convenient spot near the station, with a convenience store along the way. The breakfast room is an izakaya, so it isn't stylish, and it can get crowded early. Still, it's fine if you just want something to eat. I think it's a good, inexpensive place for a stay of several nights.
It's handy being so close to the station. There's a convenience store right in front and a restaurant on the first floor, with plenty of other places to eat nearby, I think. Breakfast seems to be free.
