Dinner isn't served at the hotel, so you'll need to find a nearby restaurant. Breakfast has to be reserved ahead of time, too. Still, this is a cozy little Onsen surrounded by open grassy plains, with indoor and outdoor pools that are both private. The mineral-rich water left my skin feeling soft and smooth. It's a small boutique hotel run by a Korean and Japanese couple, and the open surroundings make it a lovely spot for stargazing.

We wished we'd had longer to enjoy everything here. The setting is peaceful and lovely, the room was clean, and both the husband and wife who host the place were friendly and helpful. There are two clean, pleasant options for bathing, a private onsen and an open natural onsen. The location is fairly secluded, so use Google Maps to find it.

The bed was really comfortable, and I had fun playing ping pong. We arrived in cold, rainy weather, so I couldn't enjoy the outdoor onsen. They also gave us complimentary access to akagawa onsen, which was marvelous.

There isn't a store nearby, so bring your own food. The place is quiet and clean, with friendly staff and lots of things to do indoors and outside, including hot springs. Such a nice vacation spot, highly recommend staying here!

Good price, and the spaji onsen is free to enjoy. The Korean owner was nice, and there's a big open area where you can watch the stars and sunrise.
