Taco Glamp

The kids had a good time and we might come back, though I’m unsure the stay is worth the price. The rooms looked nice and were clean, the beds were comfortable, and our kids slept well. The camp’s theme and decor were nice, the Wi-Fi was strong throughout, and on a clear night there are lots of stars. We enjoyed cooking the food at our own pace, relaxing by the evening bonfire, and the kids liked the gym and outdoor playground. There was often a wait to use the gym, though. Our tent got frigid overnight, even with the heater set to 28°C. One set of blankets and extra lap blankets weren’t nearly enough, and I had a terrible night’s sleep. They charge extra for many things, including more of the already meager bath towels. There’s no way to contact the front desk from the tent. The coffee mill was broken, or at least too hard to adjust for a fine grind. We visited in early January. It would help to have something like Wi-Fi doorbells connecting the tents to the front desk, especially for cold nights or when it’s raining.
