Everything was clean and there was everything needed.

The apartment was clean and easy to reach from downtown, and staying there gave me a nice chance to experience a Japanese apartment. I'd stay again on my next Osaka trip.

The room had plenty of space for one person, even with a bed and small table, and the mini-kitchen, fridge and freezer made simple cooking possible. There were dishes, pots, pans, and basic utensils. An online order could be delivered to my room without trouble because the apartment building has an auto-lock entry. The room was also quick to reach Osaka Station, about 15 minutes away. With Grand Green open, the route is flat and maintained, so walking with a suitcase was easy. A convenience store and supermarket are about five minutes away. The area has parks, independent shops, and small factories. It was quiet at night, though the garbage truck woke me early a few times. When I had an issue during my stay, they replied to messages quickly, which helped a lot. Still, the intercom monitor was switched off and the intercom didn't work, which I hadn't expected. The exhaust fan was noisy, including when turned off, possibly because of shared air conditioning. It stood out in the otherwise quiet surroundings. Cleaning could be better: dust had built up on the washing machine filter and kitchen exhaust fans, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. There weren't shelves or hooks, so I had to leave my things on the floor. A steel rack or wall hooks would help, as would a rack above the washing machine for small items. The outlet beside the bed was hidden behind it, making phone charging awkward. I managed with an extension cord provided in the room, but the bed and outlet positions seem poorly arranged.
