The setting is lovely and really in the middle of nowhere, with tons of parking. It’s clearly an old hotel, and the room is basically a standard hotel room with onsen water running into a bath on the balcony. The breakfast was good, but I wish they provided more towels since the shower and onsen bath are at opposite ends of the room. One thing to know: someone swimming or hanging around the back can almost see you on the balcony. The privacy and sun-blocking curtains aren’t fully opaque, haha.
