The staff really provided top service. At the last minute on the first night, I changed my booking from a two-person room to a three-person room. The female receptionist was friendly and helped upgrade us for just a small top-up. When I came back the second night, the car park was full, so the male receptionist showed me another nearby one. I didn’t know the way, and he jogged ahead to guide me while I drove, pointed out the lights down the road, then walked me back to the hotel in the winter cold. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I stayed one night before leaving Nagoya, and the hotel was in an excellent spot for getting to the airport by transit. The breakfast was nice and had a good spread too. Thank you, Spring Sunny!

The izakaya beside JR station was really good, and there are two walking tours nearby. After returning our rental car at Chubu Centair Int’l airport, it was just a 1-2 stop train ride here for ¥330. We stayed overnight before leaving Japan.

It worked for one night when the Sheraton at NGO was charging $250+ and Spring Sunny was available for $75. You can see why it’s so cheap as soon as you see the room, and it could use some much-needed renovations. Still, the location was great, across the street from the station and Lawson.

Our group tour with Best way travel agency from TW stayed here for our last night in NGO. We had told the agency that two of our members have asthma, but the room still smelled of smoke, and there were no vacant rooms to move us to. The location is good and close to the airport, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about smells.
