The hotel gave me the quiet, relaxed stay I was hoping for on vacation. I liked the antique feel throughout, with things like the radio and AC giving it an 80s vibe. The restaurant on the first floor, the room and the staff all worked out great for me. It's right by the main street, close to popular eateries, and feels like it's in the center of the city. The start of the Bizan mountain hiking trail is about a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely come back many more times.
6/10
The rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable, so I have no complaints there. What I couldn't figure out was why the air conditioner blows toward the entrance instead of into the room. With the temperature at 37°C, I ran it for several hours and the room was still uncomfortably warm. That setup made the stay unpleasant. I hope the hotel fixes it, because it's hard to recommend this place in summer otherwise.
8/10
The room was big and clean, and the staff were very kind. It's a business hotel with a lot of potential, and I can recommend staying here. The price during Obon week was very expensive, though when I checked afterward, it seemed okay. For a 5/5, I'd suggest a checkout later than 10.00 am and breakfast with more than one plate. Thank you.
10/10
The rooms were clean, there were plenty of toiletries, and the staff were kind.
4/10
The location and parking were convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. This is an ageing two star hotel that needs renovation. The rooms feel worn and rough, though the bed was clean. It wasn't bad for the price, and it's cheaper than newer hotels, so you get what you pay for.
