I liked how the lockers are outside the main room, which helped keep things quiet. Mine was bigger than I expected and easily fit my large BEIS suitcase. Security felt strong, too: women could reach the women's floor only with the women's QR code, and the same applied to the men's floor. The women's areas, especially the second floor, were clean and spacious, and the shower was spotless. Check-in is self-service, with a button to call staff if you need help. It was quiet and felt private during my stay. A few things made the stay harder. The QR code may not scan if it prints poorly. With the capsule curtain closed, it gets very stuffy, and the lights in the room stay on all night. Light came through the curtains, so I had a very hard time sleeping.

Getting around was the best part. The location makes transportation easy, including direct connections to major airports. The place was clean overall, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, about 7.5/10. Several basics made my stay frustrating, though. The sink is set so low that, at 186 cm tall, I had to bend uncomfortably to wash my face or brush my teeth. The showers were clean, but their position on the first floor near the lobby and street-facing area felt exposed and awkward. The shampoo was very poor, so bring your own if you care about your hair or skin. After checkout, they wouldn't store luggage even for a few hours. That policy was buried in the terms instead of being clearly highlighted, and I wouldn't have booked if I'd known. Staff were polite and friendly, but English communication was difficult even for simple questions. There's no proper front desk, and self check-in didn't go smoothly. When we needed help, we had to knock on doors to find someone, which felt disorganized. As someone who travels a lot and often stays in hostels, I know what to expect, but these problems made this stay very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it unless the policies and facilities improve.

The shower really stood out, the water pressure is incredibly strong. The location is superb, with easy access to both the Hibiya and Asakusa lines, and the place was very clean. The capsules look more premium than standard ones. It's a good fit if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, but not to lounge around, since the common area has only about 6-8 seats. Shared-space rustling is the usual issue, so you need to be able to sleep through it. I'd recommend it to budget and solo travelers.

The location is superb, and the room was pretty awesome. They also give you a bag of personal hygiene items, which was a nice touch. The separate men's and women's areas even have separate elevators, so there's plenty of privacy and neither group can access the other's floors. Showers are spacious, plentiful, and clean, and there's a hangout area with countertops where you can eat. Check-in was disorganized and took 20 minutes. I got almost no explanation of the hotel, just a key and directions about the elevator and lockers. The bed and pillow weren't the best, and ventilation in the capsule was basically nonexistent. I first gave it four stars, but for what the hostel offers at its price, that felt unfair. It's still a great, affordable option.

Getting checked in was easy thanks to the fast, simple kiosk. The whole place felt organized and efficient, and everything was clean and well maintained. The lockers are near the sleeping area and can hold several items, which was a plus compared with some other 9hr properties. At 9h (Nine Hours) Ningyocho in Tokyo, the convenient location made getting around easy and my trip smoother. It feels designed for solo travelers. I'd stay again.
