The room itself was decent, though on the small side. But the Wi-Fi was so unreliable that online games had major lag spikes and were unplayable for me. With no elevator, hauling luggage was a real pain. The Wi-Fi alone is bad enough that I won't stay here again.

The location is handy, with many places reachable quickly. Getting to Shibuya or Shinjuku takes a bit longer, so allow extra time for those trips. We had a great stay in Taitō City. By Tokyo standards, the accommodation felt pleasantly spacious and worked well for our family of four. Everything was spotless and well cared for, so we felt comfortable right away. I'd absolutely recommend it and would stay again!

Everything else was comfortable, but the WiFi became extremely weak after the first day. The stairs just past the main gate are very narrow, so hauling large suitcases upstairs was tiring, and there’s nowhere to hang a coat. Stronger WiFi and some coat hooks would make a real difference.
