The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed, heating that worked perfectly, and a fresh, well-kept feel. After a long day of travel, it was exactly the kind of place I wanted to come back to. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with good water pressure and plenty of room. The whole stay was easy, with no hassle, confusion or noise. Staff were friendly and efficient, check-in was quick, and they were always polite and ready to help with directions or questions. Even luggage storage and transport information were handled smoothly. I recently stayed at the Oriental Hotel near Tokyo Airport and had a much better experience than I expected. It’s extremely convenient for flying in or out of Haneda, with simple, stress-free access. It’s close to the airport but still quiet enough to feel relaxing. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient hotel near Tokyo Airport.

After a long flight to Japan, it was nice to have basics like PJs and a toothbrush available so I could go straight to sleep. The staff were kind, and the room was clean, quiet and free of traffic sounds. It’s a good choice if all you need is the essentials. Getting here from Tokyo Haneda airport is simple, just one stop after leaving the terminal and then an easy five minute walk. I’d stay again!

Whether this location works depends on what you’re after. We were on a tour and wanted somewhere central, but the hotel is in the suburbs. It’s still only a 40 minute train ride from Skytree, so it’s not too far out. If you’re paying for your own accommodation, you can stay here, save some money and use the very handy train line to get into Tokyo city.

The breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared, and the service felt welcoming and attentive. It’s a comfortable, convenient hotel in a great spot, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Tokyo easy.
