It was lovely staying in a quiet part of Tokyo, away from the intensity of the busy areas. Our room was comfortable for our family of four, with enough space for our teens, aged 15 and 17, to have their own areas. We stayed eight nights, and housekeeping came every three days. The staff were friendly too. Three metro stations are within about a 10-minute walk, with routes covering the major lines. There are several 7-Elevens and Lawson stores nearby, plus good cooking facilities for making a simple breakfast before heading out. That was handy since many cafes don't open until 11. We also found lovely restaurants around Hamamatsucho station. Cafe La Bohème is Italian and amazing.

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially when we needed to leave our luggage. I'd book here again.

Even with construction nearby, the area stayed quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, plus a little more. Staff were kind, helpful, and clear and thoughtful when giving us information throughout the trip. Many train stations are within walking distance. I'd recommend it for a stay.

It's a small hotel with just one room on each of its 10 floors. Our room was spacious and clean, with a good bathroom, a full-size fridge, and plenty of cooking facilities. There was lots of room for our family of four. The nearby rail line can be heard, but the sound is drowned out enough that it shouldn't bother most people. I'd stay here again.
