The neighborhood was peaceful, and there were plenty of places nearby for dinner. We also liked the location. The futons could've been thicker, though. The beds felt hard, and we woke up with stiff backs.

The rooms are so cramped there's barely enough room to open a suitcase, almost like being in a minivan. The walls are thin, and we had loud neighbors at 4 am. The host was unresponsive too. Save yourself the hassle and stay in a capsule hotel instead.

There was enough room for our luggage, though the beds weren't especially comfortable and the walls were thin, as you'd expect. Getting to Shibuya and other sights by train was quick. Sangenjaya city center had what we needed, with live music around too if that's your thing.
