Coto Tokyo Shinjuku 2

The house feels new, and the location is excellent. We stayed in the upstairs unit, where the air conditioning handled both heating and cooling really well. There were plenty of windows for fresh air, plus a hammock, washing machine, small kitchenette, and microwave. The tatami sleeping area had enough space for our family of five, and the bathroom felt spacious by Japanese standards. A heavy truck passing can be loud inside. It doesn't happen often since the accommodation isn't on a busy road, but you can hear the engine when one goes by.
