Cozy Vibes Apartment Hotel

The staff kept in touch and were really helpful right up to our stay. Since my partner and I arrived on an early flight, they kindly let us leave our luggage at their nearby office. That gave us a chance to explore the city while waiting to check in. The apartment was a lovely little place. I’d highly recommend staying here! :)

The location gave us a nice mix of quiet and convenience. It’s in a peaceful residential area, but right by the bustle of Tokyo. Higashi-Shinjuku metro station is a five-minute walk away, with great city connections, and there’s a 7-eleven next to it for drinks or food on the go. The room felt secure, and the instruction book inside clearly covered things like the air conditioning and local guides. Everything was amazingly clean and well looked after, with utensils and crockery well stocked. There’s also a microwave, kettle, hob and fridge/freezer, plus useful extras like umbrellas and cards with the address in Japanese in case you run into transport trouble. Communication was perfect, with very clear check-in and departure instructions and frequent messages to check that everything was okay. They even offered to sort the bins for us, which can be a struggle on holiday. A truly wonderful stay. I don’t know what more you could want from Tokyo accommodation. Highly recommend, and thank you.

The apartment makes great use of its space. It was extremely clean and had everything we could need. We’d definitely recommend it. Thanks for having us ☺️☺️

It’s within walking distance of downtown Shinjuku, and it’s easy to get to trains and buses. Clean, well equipped, and better priced than hotels.
