Dash Living Nihonbashi

The apartment was spacious enough for two, with room for luggage, clothes, and a table for meals. It was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the Japanese-style bathroom. The location was great, close to the subway, several supermarkets, 7-Eleven, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I was really happy with the stay. It's hard to find this level of comfort at a similar price compared with other hotels.

The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat, and the location worked really well for us. We’ve stayed here twice, in different rooms, and both check-in and check-out were easy.

The bathroom feels a little cramped, though it was fine. The location is handy, about 200 meters from the metro, with direct connections to Ginza and Shibuya.

The two rooms gave us very different experiences. The second was roomy too, but the bed had no mattress sheet and the smell was unbearable. We asked to move, but had to spend two more nights there before we could switch. We left and requested a refund for the remaining days, but received only 48€ for the cleaning fee. We also paid ourselves for another nearby hotel. A really bad experience. The first room, by contrast, was spacious and clean, with lots of hotel amenities, roomy closets and racks for unpacking, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The location was very good and felt safe, just a three-minute walk from the metro, and there was an elevator. Check-in was a mess, with a major misunderstanding that caused more than an hour of inconvenience and discomfort. So while there were some good parts, the overall experience was mixed.
